One of the recent events of the season, Texas Scramble – Fall 2018 Tournament took place on October 14th. We were delighted to welcome such a great group of people. The Scramble is probably the most common format for our team tournaments. One of its attractions is that poor golfers can join in with little fear of embarrassment or of being a burden to other players.
All groups teed off simultaneously from designated holes at 11a.m. Experienced players helped those new to the game experience the ultimate enjoyment of golf while learning the fundamentals — full swing, chipping and putting. Each member of the team was required to contribute at least four drives to the team during the round.
Receiving a prize is always an astonishing feeling; therefore, we arranged the surprising and memorable Long Drive and Closest to the pin. Golf is a skill and the better you become, the luckier you will seem to be.
