- Hours/Days of Operation -
The Club’s hours of operation will be established and published in the Club’s newsletter or posted at the Club. Club Management reserves the right to modify the hours and days of operation as deemed necessary. Certain facilities may be closed from time to time for maintenance, repairs and other purposes deemed necessary by the Club.
The Club reserves the right to close the golf course and other facilities for holding tournaments, special events or games.
Certain areas of the Club may also be closed for scheduled maintenance and repairs.
Performance by entertainers shall be permitted on Club premises only with prior approval of Club Management.
- Private events -
Guests are allowed to use certain Club facilities for private receptions or special events, while Club personnel will assist in planning activities.
Club Management, at its sole discretion, is entitled to use Club facilities for specific purposes, as well as conduct unscheduled tournaments.
Group activities within the cafe area only by permission of Club Management.
- Club activities -
Some of the Club’s facilities can be allocated and used for Club activities and special purposes only by permission of Club Management.
- Property -
Guests are solely responsible for taking care of their own personal belongings. The Club shall not be held responsible to any member or guest for the loss of property of any kind, found on the course, the car park, in the locker rooms or any other place within the Club.
Any item found within the boundaries of the Club will be kept safe giving the owner time to reclaim their item. If an item has considerable value, an active attempt will be made to find the owner of the item.
Any items found within the boundaries of the Club, will be taken to the receptionist, tagged appropriately and handed over to Club Management. If you call to claim the lost item, you will be asked questions to get sufficient evidence of ownership.
- Complaints -
Under no circumstances shall any member abuse any employee verbally or otherwise. All complaints relating to staff attitudes, behaviour and communication must be addressed to Club Management. Club Management will investigate the complaint and determine the action, if any, to be taken by the Committee.
Complaints concerning other Guests, the Club or its services/facilities should be submitted only to Club Management, either in writing or verbally, and are regarded as strictly confidential.
Club Management will handle the complaint pursuant to the Club’s Bylaws, and appropriate actions will be taken. All complaints, criticisms or suggestions of any kind relating to any Club activities or its employees must be in writing, signed and addressed to Club Management.
- Parking and Traffic Rules -
Parking in the Club parking areas is undertaken at the driver's own risk. Neither the Club, nor Club Management is responsible for personal injury, property theft or damage.
Cars must be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on grass areas is prohibited. Additional parking signs may be installed in connection with the activities organized by the Club.
Bicycles, motorbikes, other all-terrain vehicles, rollerblades and skateboards (and the like) are not permitted on the golf course, cart paths or driving range at any time.
- Companion animals -
We request that no animals, other than guide dogs, are brought into the Club or on the course. Guests are reminded that they are solely responsible for the security of their companion animals.
- Prohibited activities -
The Club shall have the right and power to prohibit any games, sports, or other activities which it may, in its determination, consider harmful to the interests of the general membership and/or the Club.
Illegal activities are prohibited; violation of gambling laws is prohibited; petitions and commercial advertisements circulated on Club property are prohibited without prior approval of the Club.
- Firearms and Fireworks -
Firearms, lethal weapons, and ammunition are not allowed on Club property. Club Management must approve the use of any fireworks.
- Damage to Club Property and Liability -
Members will be responsible, and may be subject to disciplinary action, for any Club property abused, removed, damaged, or destroyed by a Member, as well as for all Club property abused, removed, damaged, or destroyed by their guests. Members and guests shall use Club facilities at their own risk. They shall assume sole responsibility for personal injury, personal property, and property damage. The Club, its affiliates, officers, employees, representatives, and agents shall not be held liable for personal injury to any person while on Club premises, nor for loss or damage to personal property, brought onto, used, or stored on Club property, whether in lockers or elsewhere. Any injury to persons or damage to property shall be reported immediately to Club Management or other responsible staff member. Personal injury or property damage caused by a golf ball is the sole responsibility of the golfer striking the errant ball.
- Alcoholic Beverages -
The Club intends to comply with all federal, state and local laws pertaining to the sale and service of alcoholic beverages. No alcoholic beverages shall be brought onto or removed from Club premises. Instances of intoxication on Club property may be forwarded to the grievance committee for disciplinary action. Club employees may refuse service of alcoholic beverages to any individual they feel is intoxicated or on the verge of becoming intoxicated. Members should not attempt to leave the Club and operate a motor vehicle in an intoxicated condition. Club employees do not sell or supply alcoholic beverages to minors under the age of 18 years or to any individual they feel is intoxicated or on the verge of becoming intoxicated. No alcoholic beverage shall be sold for consumption beyond the premises..
- Smoking -
No smoking will be permitted in or adjacent to enclosed areas on Club premises.
- Drugs and Prescription Medications -
The sale, exchange or unlawful use of a controlled substance, other than those prescribed by a physician for medical reasons, is not permitted on Club property.
- Club Lakes -
No fishing, swimming, bathing or wading shall be allowed in or around Club lakes. Please keep your children safe around water
- Advertising and Solicitation -
Commercial advertisements shall not be posted or circulated in the Club nor shall solicitations of any kind be made without the prior approval of the Club.
- Political and Religious Activities -
It is contrary to the Club’s policy to have its facilities used for functions or fund raising efforts for the benefit of a political cause, except as specifically permitted by the Club. The Club facilities shall not be used in connection with organized religious services or other activities except as may be approved by the Club.
- Damage to Club Property -
A Member shall be responsible for damage to property of the Club resulting from misuse by the Member, their family, extended family, or their guests. All repair or replacement costs may be charged to the responsible Member. No property or furniture of the Club shall be removed from the room or other area in which it is placed without the prior approval of the Club.
- Entry to the Club -
To enter the territory of the Club you need to have a pass card - a document that is issued to each Guest of the Club when they complete an application form.
- Cancellation policy -
Cancellations or modifications can be made no later than 5 hours before the scheduled reservation. Cancellations of lesson bookings must be done 24 hours in advance. Tee time reservations must be cancelled no later than 3 hours prior to day of play. Failure to cancel a service as requested may result in the member being charged for the service.
- General provisions -
Children under 12 years old are not allowed to enter the territory of the Club without being accompanied or supervised by adults.
A child under 12 years of age may be in the Club only if accompanied by an adult.
Children under 6 years of age are not allowed to enter the golf course, unless there is a special permission from the club staff.
- Violations by children -
If children violate the rules and principles of the Club, restrictions on the use of Club facilities and property may be applied to them or their parents.
- Responsibility for children -
The administration of the Club reserves the right to limit the use of certain Club facilities by children.
Club guests are directly responsible for the behavior and actions of their children, as well as children who came accompanied.
- Handling children in the restaurant -
Club guests should designate basic rules for their children, emphasizing the following: staying at the table, quiet tone of voice, politeness to the staff, demonstration of good manners. These rules should be repeated before visiting the restaurant.
When going to a restaurant, Club Guests must make sure that the children are not too tired or hungry. We need to give them a snack, as well as take a few toys or books.
Club guests must keep children at their table, and when moving to any other part of the restaurant (playground, toilet, etc.) accompany them. If the child begins to act up, you need to intervene immediately.
Club guests should immediately take away their children as soon as their behavior has begun to disturb the general calm. It is recommended to calm the child in the lobby or outside the restaurant.
If the child does not come to his senses, you can ask that food be wrapped with him.
